I'm doing a Johnny Cash Tribute Show in Johnny's boyhood home of Dyess, Arkansas, tonight at the old Dyess High School Gym beginning at 6:00pm. The town is raising money to establish a Johnny Cash Memorial Museum inside the old administration building there in Dyess. Y'all come!

Not playing anywhere this weekend, was offered a job in Jackson for next Saturday, but had to turn it down. Have a bad case of the; SHINGLES, that have gotten me down and have made me to week to even walk to mail box.Plus the Doc says I'm very anemic, to go alone with them.

Friday Night With Billy at the 4th annual cowboys gathering in Seguin,Texas with host Red Segual.

Saturday the 16th at Pearls in Fort Worth.

Friday night, at the Stagecoach Ballroom in Ft. Wth. (with "Chuck Cusimano and Friends")

Sat evening in Cundiff, Tx.with Joe Paul Nichols. (with "The Five Pennies")

Sunday from 5 to 10 pm at the Stagecoach Ballroom in Ft. Wth. (with "The Coachmen")

Off Monday.

Tuesday(every Tuesday) at the Finish Line in West Ft.Wth. With "Country Night Live" (Buddie Hrabal at the steel!)

I will be in Shawano,Wis doin a job at a place called the Shalagoco,gulf club/supper club doin some old standards with a upright bass,acoustic guitar and steel and two great girl singers.that will be on Friday night 7-11.Saturday night I will be in Wisconsin Dells at the Wisconsin Opry from 8-10. hope to see ya all there.

I will be playing with Andy Norman on the warm up show for Don Helms, Ray Price and Willie Nelson Sunday Sept 17, at the Riverwalk Ampitheater in Montgomery Alabama.
It is to help the Hank Williams museum and celebrate Hank's birthday. He would have been 83 years old.
