Well, Bill,
It's just a few days now before the Big Show. It looks like players are coming from all over. There are players from Arkansas, Arizona, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, Kansas, Kentucky, Illinois, Canada, Tennessee, and of course a bunch of us from Missouri. I'm not sure where all the players are from, so I'm sorry if I missed your state. We've got a good band, and that means...good listening, lots of good cooks, and that means good eatin', and a wonderful venue to have the show, plus a lot of friendly folks! Can't wait!! 3 days of FUN, July 23, 24, and 25. (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). It all starts 3:00 Friday. If you've been wondering what to do this coming weekend....stop wondering and come on to Branson. The Community Center is easy to find, it's in the north of Branson. Exit on Hiway 286, go east one block and turn left on Compton. The Center is at the bottom of the hill. So, Bill, see you there!

Jeri, Other than Dino who else is in the back up band ? I'm getting excited but a little Nervous. I'm on my 4th year on this 10 string monster and don't feel I'm in the same league with any of the names listed Sunday. Oh well everyone has to start somewhere.

Terry, I see I am now playing on Sunday, instead of Saturday. That is OK, but Jerry Smyth's drummer and bass player were planning on playing with me. They probably won't be able to come on Sunday. Jackie Wilson and I had some special stuff worked out.

Schedule

Post by Terry Bethel »

Keith,
My friend I am sorry about having to move you, but I had to move about 10 others to get the schedule the way I thought it should be.
Chuck Landry will be there, Roy Rosetta, Dino Strunk,
and Mike McGee and Max King.
It is one of the better bands I have put together for the show.
If the other guys can make it they are welcome to come out and play.
The more players and singers the better,

Terry, everything is working out. Jackie Wilson and Wayne Florange will be coming down with me Sunday. Terry, I know how difficult it is to put on a Show such as this, and arranging slots for players. I don't mind you switching me to play Sunday.

Looking forward to seeing everyone! Austin, I want you to show Max how to drop his bass on asphalt!!! Tell your dad that Max and I take LONG breaks, so he needs to be ready to cover for us while we do go-carts and 18 holes of putt-putt :D Austin, you know I luv u!

Robby, so sorry to see you can't make it. You will be MISSED.
