This weekend, Saturday June 11, Country Express will appear at the annual Meredith Dairy Fest, Meredith (close to Delhi), NY.

I'll be playing guitar for Billy Keeble at his RECORD RELEASE PARTY at the Ernest Tubb record shop Tomorrow June 11 at 5:00pm, and then again at Pearls Dancehall in the STOCKYARDS in North Fort Worth.

Will miracles never cease? The kind folks who play at the Moose Lodge in Springdale, Arkansas have invited me and my steel over to sit in with them Sunday June 19. I'm totally overwhelmed. So much so, that I'm selling my PB SD10 3 X 5 and getting a 2005 Mullen Royal Precision D-10 8 X 5. It should be here in July. I've been woodshedding like crazy for the past two weeks and hope I don't embarrass the band. Thanks guys. You don't know what this means to play with live musicians after playing steel with background CD's. I'm an experienced band player, but not on steel. This will be a great experience for me.

Sat night for the last time I will be at Flea Country with the Broke Spoke band, in Springfield Tn following Nick Reed and his band. The club has decided to change formats and will start having a Rock and Roll band there on Sat. nights. So this is ours and Nick's last Sat playing there. Come on by and say "See ya"

Sunday afternoon there will be a combined outing of Fred Stuckey's Gas Money and Pete Marshall's Broken Prayers at the annual Center City Philly Street Fair in front of Dirty Frank's, at the corner of Pine and 13th. I'll be blasting Pine Street with my Zum uni and Fender Super Twin. There will be other music in the area, and tons of great food and drink served up by all the great restaurants in the area, not to mention all the tattoed art-student cuties.
