Jim, I'll be in NY on the 5th,if you're still there, with Dierks and the Travelin McCoury's. A little bluegrass with a touch of steel and drums.

Just got back. Gerald, you were great and great cover when your singer/guitarist lost his guitar connection.

That was quite cool. Small place, band was great and it was a 10 minute walk from my new apartment.

Good job Gerald.

Bill man,

You just made my day. Thanks very much for coming to the gig, it's been so long since I saw you I must have missed you out in the crowd there. And I am really glad you enjoyed my banter while Jeffrey got his cables together.

One of the reasons I don't think I could ever leave NYC is the diversity of places I get to play, biker bar one day, kinda high toned wine bar the next. You might not believe this, but I know artists who have tried for a year to get a gig at Rockwood to no avail, that place is pretty hot right now.

Thanks again for your kind words, I've never gotten any praise on the Forum before really, and I am very grateful.

Gerald,

I tried to come by and say hello, but the place was so packed, I couldn't make it to the front.
