Hi Guys Anna and I are back home now. We had a great week end.WE left N.C. Thursday Morning and drove to Moeeresburg TN. to our friends Rocky and May's home and got there around 1:30PM.We went to Rogersville to see all the friends thatjam at the Rec hall every Thursday night run by Gene Vance. The Friday evening we went to Kingsport Out Doors Mans club to see and hear Mike Archer on his Tellacaster Eddie Trent on his Emmons LaGrande II Steel Guitar and Jack Willis on Fiddle.WE then went to the Greeneville Steel Guitar Jam and we had a great time with some of our other good friends. There were 6 Emmons Syeels there one Mullen, one Fessenden, and I'm Sorry Tony Dingus I can't remember the name of your Steel. All I know is the you done one fantastic job of playing that Steel and a great souding Steel. It was nice to see Bryan Adams who I have not seen since 1999.Anna and I are glad wew were able to make it and we had a blast. I'm totally disappointed in my playing I do much better than that I just got nervous and my hands were shaking and my foot was shaking on the volumn Pedal. Thank you John for having us there and thanks to all you guys for putting up with me.

John, I knew who was the brain behind the jam, I knew who secured the building, Got the refreshments, and re-done the signs you tried to make. Come to think of it, what did you do John ?
It was a pleasure meeting you both, and I'm looking forward to beeing invited to your house for a big ole Bosch dinner, I think I would love boiled Volkswagon engins.
Thanks to you both.

Sam, I'm glad you were able to be there and you did a fine job. I'm playing a Nashville LTD Jernigan model and Mike Archer was playing a LaGarret and what tone he had. Hope to see you again at another jam. Be safe on the road.

One thing I forgot to mention to Mike Archer, you owe my wife a song, she sat there waiting for you to sing, she had to leave for an hour or so and during that time you sang. She was so dissapointed. Maybe next time!!! :D

John, wouldn't she rather listen to a nightingale than a old crow ?......... Oh, I'm sorry, I thought you were talking about Wayne Morgan. Mike's a good singer and Wayne is too. Maybe both will sing at the Bristol show.

Wade, it's on 11W. Going toward Bristol from Kingsport. After you pass Hill Billy Vet which will be on your right, it's a mile oso on your right. Maybe Archer will see this and give you better directions.

Great pictures Mike...Good to see my good friends having a good time doing what they love doing. :)
I'm hoping to make it back up there for your Bristol Jam in April.
Good to see Gary Kimery, a great Bass Player, and John Kiser, Vocals, and Dennis Hicks a very good drummer, doing the back up for all the pickers.
