David, I'm going to put your picture on the front Apron.
Maybe it will magically give me some of your licks.
Seriously, this decal was on E-bay. For some reason I can't download the picture.

I think it would look very nice in the center of the front apron.
Jack, your Desert Rose is very handsome.

i can't imagine asking other people about what to do to something as personal as your steel but since you're asking, how bout 'rent this space!' or a decal of the little guy taking a piss that every tacky son of a gun puts on their car?
i have a ratfink on mine, but it's very tasteful.

Given your intended audience, maybe you should have the front vaneered and lined, with pictures of Mozart and Schubert. Don't forget the bust of Beethoven over the machine head.
I think you need to make the instrument look Baroque so that it will match those violoncellos and violas that you play along with. Maybe I could run you up an inlaid rosette like I put on my period instruments....

How about a small cardboard sign that reads 'will work for food'. Or maybe Woodies old 'This machine hates Fascists'. Actually I would leave it alone. It looks great and real clean as is. Any permanent addition may hurt the resale price.

Mike, Save yourself a lot of explanations and put..."This is NOT a Keyboard" on it. Of course concidering you play a 12 string you could go with something like ... "12 Strings Rule" on a picture of a 12" ruler.

a Largemouth Bass jumping to shake a lure like Buddy Charlton has had centered on the front of some of his guitars is real nice.
