I hear the snowbirds are back.
We should have as big a crowd as we had last month.
Thanks for the bump Mike.

Nick Reed should be here for the jam this month as they are leaving Nashville about the 8th.

Ollie Strong is due in about the same time from Canada and depending on his schedule I'll try to get him to come to the jam.

George O'Neil is bringing his steel this month, too.

I haven't heard from Clayton Lyon but if he's down, from Michigan. he'll be there.

If they all show it will be one heck of a great jam.
It would be nice to see Ollie again.
It's been a couple of years since he was free to make our jam.
Where is Clayton he's usually here by now?
Nick it will be nice as usual it will be nice to have you join us.
It's always a pleasure to hear George play some wonderful steel also.
Ernie, maybe Mike will have your new Weenick steel done by next week.
I've been too busy to get over there and check out the progress. I'll try to do it this week and let you know.

Sounds like a great program taking shape. I hope to be making the trip up there with James Marlowe, and another friend, Doc Hope.

I heard Ollie play at Haywood's jam here in Lakeland last year, and I'll be looking forward to hearing him again. Very good player, for sure.

I'm also looking forward to hearing George O'Neil. Small world - I met him at a gathering in up-state New York about 26-27 years ago, and he was playing for the folks in a small band. I was traveling up there with some friends from Plant City, FL who were from that area and knew George well. I have a couple of pictures I can give him.

We had a great jam last night! And, if not the biggest audience it was second. We stopped counting at 100 and just about every seat was occupied. As this is the prime "season" for our winter residents and visitors I expect about the same thing for February 11. We had 14 Steels.

Thanks to everyone, the steelers, the backup band and the audience for the super support.

Hey Jack- Is the bottom pic George O'Neal? George and I share a mutual friend and I met him in the early 80's. I wanted to be there in the audience and couldn't make it due to shoulder surgery and therapy. Hope to see y'all in Feb.
