Hello steel players,
The difference in postal delivery speed of this magazine could be because of this:
In the US: $ 6.50 including postage.
To Europe including air mail postage per issue $12.50
Plus transfer of money for one or more issues $ 9.96
For one issue we have to pay
total of $ 22,46
---
Kind regards
Henning

Yes Craig,

We did receive yours Image
Thanks! Image

I believe (my intuition only) that all of the US orders (*see note below) will arrive (as in Baghdad) today, tomorrow, and through Monday. If any US orders (*see note below) do not arrive by Wednesdays mail delivery you can email us (orders@PedalSteel.us) to verify we have your correct mailing address.

*NOTE: Any orders from US customers placed after March 10, 2003 are still being processed and compiled for another mailing to go out when we reach the USPS required 125 piece minimum. We currently need approximately 30 more orders to reach this requirement.

Thanks again everyone, and may God Bless our entire World! Image

Sincerely,
Terry Wendt

Terry,
I KNOW how BUSY you are with this GREAT Mag...But, When you get time, would you be so kind as to check and see if I do have a Mag on the way? I can wait for several more days, But, I was wondering if my Pay-Pal account went through.
My Address is:
Ron Preston
132 Elzie Adams Rd.
Dodson, Louisiana, 71422
And please do Not go out of the way for this. I have to play Tonight, and will not have a chance to check this thread or my E-mail until tomorrow morning, so, NO HURRY, I just want to make sure I'm INCLUDED in this part of our GREAT steel guitar magazine.
Thanks so much for your HARD WORK on this.

You definitely do Ron,

Image...and I think I even had Sharon (my other 1/2) put your name in all caps Image

I think yours might also be in a batch that will get sorted rather quickly at USPS too! There was one pack that had a ADC (automated distribution center) label... Guess which area zips were in that LA 700 batch? ...yours truly, and MS and AR codes! Image

Terry,

Is there any plans for us to subscript to your mag on an annual basis rather than order them individually? (I hope I haven't missed something here. Image )

...well, we have actually gone through several pencils regarding this very question Leroy. It may not be possible. Seems we're in a peculiar position. The current February/March issue cost a considerable amount over the initial cost projected. The main problem was with the pricing of the US orders. There would be a bit of a difference in the US cost, (only slightly different for Canada, and overseas) even if we were able to secure enough subscriptions, I am afraid. I will not complain, but it is a bunch of work as well. Image

I am basically just sitting on pins and needles waiting to find out what you steelers think of it... shucks Image

I just keep asking God about it though...
...I'll know when he's ready Image
...and then I'll pass it on Image

I received mine 3/26 and with great anticipation. I have started reading it from cover to cover. I'm about half way thru. I just started learning pedal steel so I need to spend more time practicing and trying to get the thing to sound right.

I know of a couple of other guys that publish quarterly guitar newsletters and I think they charge over $25 a year with no color pics.

If you could get each club and guitar maker to provide articles and pick up material from this forum I think you could publish a great newsletter that would be a benefit to us all.

There are a lot of steelers out there that don't surf and the one's of us that do would like to have some of the important stuff in print to stack in a huge pile or to keep near the toilet.

IMHO
