You can't keep me and Joan away. This is the event we plan all year for. I am happy to say that I have the honor to be part of the staff band again this year as one of the bass players. That along with my excitment with the new MSA Millennium keeps me counting the days till we get there. See ya'll in Texas.

Sorry I won't be there this year as I'll be in France with Dale Watson for 5 days....ya'll have fun...and Don't miss Tommy Morrell and his Saturday night Dance as that is the best part of the whole deal.
Ricky
I plan on being there and the schedule has me playing at about 9:30 AM Saturday which under normal circumstances I might be playing to a sparce crowd that time of morning but if the news that 8 year old Austin Stewart and his Grampa Jerry Newberry play just before me the place should be packed. Austin is an amazing talent and will blow your mind. I am extremely proud of him. You really don't want to miss this great little guy who plays way beyond his years.
Jerry
Present and accounted for.
I gotta be! I'm bringing Lettes' steel for him!

Geez, John. Would you bring mine for me too? I'll be there; playing at about 9:30pm on Fri. night. At least I don't have to follow Austin onstage. Pity the poor sap who does...

I will be there with my good friend Carl West from California. Looking forward to seeing old and new friends (Frank Carter, Jim Cohen, Jody Sanders and hopefully Bobbe Seymour plus many more). Haven't heard if Bobbe is coming or not yet.

Got my reservations made - I'm scheduled to play around 6:40 Friday evening. Plenty of time to get nervous (that won't be a problem.)
I hope everyone has a safe trip to Texas and start making plans to attend the OSGA show Memorial Day weekend in Tulsa this year also.

I'm looking forward to being there also. The TSGA puts on a great show every year. I'll have the privilege of being the staff keyboard player again this year. And for the record, as always, I'm looking forward to working with all of my steel guitar friends. Hope to see many of you there.
