Fred Justice is a class act

Post by Joe Calabrese »

Just wanted to drop by and publicly say what a gentleman this guy is. I contacted Fred about 2 months ago to order a new case for my Dekley. Fred tells me he's going into the hospital the next day and he might be out of commission for a bit, He told me that he would call me when he was up and around again. Well, 2 weeks later I get a call from Fred and he's ready to rock and roll. Over the phone, I give Fred the measurements for my guitar and about 3 weeks later this beautiful Justice case arrives.

Now here is where it gets good. Either Fred didn't hear me correctly or I gave him the wrong measurement (I was using a cell phone and the call was cutting in and out ) but the case was about 3/4 of an inch too wide. I called Fred and after oh about 30 seconds he tells me he is going to send me inserts that will glue to the inside of the case on either end and it would fit like a glove once that was done. They arrived about a week later and performed just as promised.

This is the kind of customer service that will have me recommending Fred Justice to anyone who needs a new case. I probably gave him the wrong measurement and Fred's been doing this long enough to know and he never once implied that it was my fault or even worse told me that "those are the measurements you gave me, now it's your problem"
A pleasure to deal with, true gentleman and a hell of a craftsman I might add. Thank you Fred.

Regards
Joe

As for the customer service, I learned early on in life to listen to the customer and treat them the way you would want to be treated, IT WORKS!!!

Guy's I'm just happy that you all like our products and very happy you care to tell about it.
From Brenda and I both, THANK YOU. :D

Yep, you won't find a nicer person anywhere. Although, he does sleep on the job occasionally. :)

You're right, Fred is a good guy, and a fine player. His CD is a good one, if you get it you'll love it. I do. And his cases and speaker enclosures are second to none. Besides, he keeps me from being the only homely guy in the room at the conventions.

Fred and Brenda are top notch in my book. Pure quality products coupled with honesty and integrity. That's the kind of vendor I like to do business with.
I'm proud to use Justice products every time I leave the house.

Am I objective? Maybe not - they are among my closest friends. But gee... I wonder... ya think honesty, integrity, and good ethics had anything to do with our becoming close friends?

I'm pretty sure it did (well, that and Fred being one of the best steel guitarists I've ever heard)!!! ;)

I'm forced to say it, but I'm also glad to get it off my mind: Fred Justice is one of the most underrated steel players on this side of the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. A tremendous guy to boot. I have never seen Fred with a bad taste in his mouth. Super attitude and businessman.

Boys, you all are about to bring a tear to my eyes.
They ain't nothing more humbling to a man than to be respected, honored and loved by one's friends, and by golly I got no shortage of friends.
In this short life that we live her on this earth, if you feel love and compassion for your friends, let them know. It just gives you the best feeling.

For those of you who have not yet met or heard Fred play, you will find him to be a marvelous person of honor and integrity, and an exceptional musician/steel player. I'm both fortunate and proud to consider him a dear friend.

It was indeed a pleasure read the comments written about Fred. I recently purchased a couple of items from Fred which he shipped to me here in the UK. The service was second to none, he really goes out of his way to please you. Thank you again Fred you are in a class of your own.

The first time I heard Fred he was playing a guitar that was still under construction, and hadn't had all the knee levers installed. Even so, he blew me away. He did more with a guitar with missing knee levers, than I could do with a fully loaded one.

He also impressed me as a straight shooter. At present I have no need of his services, but would not hesitate to do business with him if the occasion arose.

Hey Fred, when I mentioned your cases and enclosures, I neglected to say you also make beautiful steel cabinets. You do fine work my friend.
