Hello from Mike Johnson

Post by Mike Johnson »

Hello everyone, I am a proud new member of the STEEL GUITAR FORUM.I have enjoyed The Forum for years.

There have been so many nice things said about me and I can't tell you how much I appreciate it.
Thank you for the kind words about some of the records I have played on, my ACM Award and my first time at St. Louis. You have no idea how good it makes me feel.

I finally finished my new CD. I will have copies at the Steel Show here in Nashville Friday night. My wife Joanie, my brother Mark, and some of the guys that played on my new album will be with me. You can also get it, along with the tracks and some other cds, on my website.

I look forward to enjoying the STEEL GUITAR FORUM for lots of years to come.

Sincerely,
MIKE JOHNSON

Hi Mike - what do you have for breakfast before going into the studio each day? :)

On a serious note, welcome to the Forum and is your CD available via the internet?

So glad to see you here Mike! I've been a huge fan of yours for so many years! I met you years ago when you were with Bill Anderson and I was with Moe Bandy. I'll never forget your kindness that day...
