That sure is Lloyd.
Carl Smith had a guitar like that, also.

Man, that was the greatest! What year is this, ballpark 1956?

Anyone know who made that guitar? I want one! Is it some sort of way out there Fender custom?

I want Faron's suit as well.

Can anyone tell me the the tuning Lloyd was using on that middle neck?

Did a little googling, guitar built by Canadian luthier Frank Gay. Faron's, Carl Smith, Johnny Horton.

It might be harder to sell a guitar with "Gay" on the headstock these days.

I believe Frank was in Edmonton, and there were a few of these beauties in Alberta when I was growing up. He certainly liked to dress them up!
