Paul Franklin Instructional Material

Post by Theodore Wells »

Just wondering if anyone has recently ordered and actually received instructional material from Paul Franklin. I sent an order in at the end of Dec 2013 and have not received any product. I have read old posts about how long it takes for Paul to send out orders and I am aware of how busy he is. That being said , I work full time , play with 4 or 5 different bands and own and operate a farm. No matter how busy I might be, if a customer orders a product I make darn sure it is in the mail within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. If its out of stock, I let them know that info. I guess I am venting. Slightly frustrating waiting close to 2 months for my order. Any thoughts out there?

Theodore,

It usually doesn't take that long to get an order filled so you can assume that either they didn't receive the order or something else went wrong with the order.

I sent your concerns to the Franklin's via email.

Theodore,

My apology to you and everyone else who has ordered for the long wait...I am a one man operation so if a gun was held to my head I could not provide an order at this time.

The way I handle all orders.... Everyones money stays deposited in their bank account until their order is shipped......I choose to do it this way because I want the customer to have the choice to wait or to be able to void their checks immediately when long frustrating delays occur.......More than anyone, I know how delayed things can get due to my schedule especially when major problems arise as they did over the holidays.....I am still in a waiting line to get these problems solved.

Paul,
Thanks for the update. I will happily choose to wait for my order and am relieved to know it is in your hands. Hopefully the problems on your end will soon be resolved.
