What kind of steel guitar is that? Sounded sweet! I guess too it is not so much the guitar as much as it is the one who knows how to play it. Nice playing Richard!

It's a ZB steel going into a Peavey Vegas amp, with a Goodrich passive volume pedal and a Boss RDD20 digital delay in the effects loop, using the Peavey three-cord hook-up technique
Approx 300 milliseconds delay, approx 4 repeats
