Stuck pedals

My B pedal gets stuck down on my Fessenden, but only if the A or C pedal is also engaged, I searched for anywhere it could be getting hung up in the linkage, but I think it’s the changer that’s the problem, any ideas?

First thing, Disconnect the pedal rods and check the pedals, Make sure that the pedals move smoothly, That they can be moved single or all together and do not bind. Make sure no loose items are catching between the pedal and the pedal board. Is there any lube on the pedal shaft.
Then turn the guitar over, And start moving the pedals and watch the linkage, For smooth movement and no binding.

Do a forum search on Fessenden cross shaft binding. I'm not familiar with the guitar but there has been some discussion about the cross shafts binding due to differences in temp and humidity and how to resolve the issue.

That may or may not be your problem.
