Hey friends, I’m out on the road at the moment with some downtime in Lawrence, KS and playing outdoor the last couple nights has really killed my strings. Is there anybody from the area that’s got a recommendation for a place I can track down a set for my E neck?

You might try Mass Street Music (1347 Massachusetts Street) or Richard's Music (15 E 8th Street). I don't think they keep E9 sets in stock but they might be able to help you find someone with an extra set or perhaps have strings shipped to their shops. Good luck.

They may stock single strings that you can build a set from.

The OP doesn't state how much down time he has there. If he is touring, he probably doesn't have time to order some and them shipped in.

That was exactly the issue. Was asking to see if anyone from the area knew a shop that would for sure have some in stock. Luckily Richard’s keeps a few sets around so I’m all good!
