a good friend of mine Mitja, from Slovenia, kept his band going for the last 30 years... after some ups and downs, as pretty much any other band, new "Pohorje Express" released a new video... and here it is

Joachim, I don't really know, if it was straight up Slovenian, I would probably have a good guess, but I think this is some playing with words, so I'm not sure... |

I went to Google Translate and it's giving me two translations, "Kako these are the worst," and also "How to miss this." Maybe Damir can sort it out... |

thank you Ken, I thought so too, I really liked it, music, and singing, and the whole thing in general... this is the only video they have. there is some older ones from the 80's on YouTube, and some with Mitja in acoustic version... but this was the only one with the whole band... if i find any more i will post it ... btw. thanks Zoran, for translation  |

Damir, so this band is from the 1980-90s. From what I have heard so far coming out of Europe regarding country music, it totally blows me away.
European country music regardless of the language barrier (I only speak English) I can listen to it all day, I sometimes try to guess what their singing about, naturally if they are playing a made in USA country song my mind sings the English version.
The talent over their is just great. Also the European pop music style appeals to me.

| I used to play all over the Europe, and back in a day, where country artists would get less popular in US they would move to Europ (Dave Dudley etc) ... I don't know for sure what is the situation with country music in Europe now, since I haven't played there actively since late 90's ... |
