Hi Roy.
Thank you for posting this! I like your site, and I printed off the first lesson you have there for C6th Lap, along with the download for the MP3 that goes with it. The thing I like the best tho is the first page where you explain about how to position your hands on the strings. I'm a total beginner, and that helped me a lot. Most beginner lessons take it for granted that a new player already somehow "knows" how to place their hands, but you started right from square one, and I appreciate that. THANK YOU....

Joy

Thanks b0b!

Good Luck with your learning endeavours Joy. Glad to be of help.
The Lesson series will continue and I will put a new one up every several weeks at which time the previous one comes down. So download and save if you feel they are of benifit. They will only be displayed once.
Besides dealing with different ways to
block I will also be covering when and when not to block. This is an important issue.
There are so many different ways to play.
My way is not necessarily the best,,,so it's a "take your pick" situation.
Of course I wish to help the beginner and I want you to know that your post was much appreciated.

Roy
