For Sale of Trade Session 500 Cheap

Let's try this again...I have a session 500 amp it is in great condition. It was just checked over by the local peavey service center (pots cleaned connectors cleaned). It has the stock black widow speaker and it sounds great. I am looking to either sell this outright for $295 or trade it on a DPC750 or other power amp that would work with my preamp.
