who put s small dia legs on lap steels

hi i was wanting to knowwho can put the small diaminter inserts on lap steels like the old tonemasters with legs not the new style with the big flange type but the ones that go up in guitar who can do this and have legs avabile if you know post me a reply with name and pho no thanks this is for lap steels not consoles
