The St. Louis Convention is incrediable with lots of talent and great music. There are a lot of new players coming on the scene who need to have more exposure. Is it possibly the right time to extend the St. Louis show. Maybe start the show at 12 noon on Friday? Or possibly on Thursday. That's my thought for the day.

I heard a good idea concerning the talent search on Thursday. Have a panel of players select a player from the talent search and feature that player on the show Saturday night.

I find that Friday night and Saturday are about right for me. After that I'm "steeled out". I may miss some great performances but a day and a half is it for me.

I've been going to the convention since 1978, and even back when I lived 250 miles away in Kansas City I still only stayed for Friday/Saturday, except for the first time (1978) and I was there for the 3 days.
