I use my 2112 on some rock and blues tunes with more overdrive modes than a Freightliner. There are several tunes where it is approriate. Ray Price shuffles aren't one of them.

I also use a Rat, which is the closest thing to a BossTone that I have found. And yes, I like using fuzz. I don't play traditional country much anymore. I think that is the beauty of the instrument, to play differnt expessive sounds that poeple were not aware the steel could make.

I carry a Rat, a Fulltone 11, a Tube Screamer, a Line 6 POD, and a Tube Works Tube Driver. Love them all. What I use depends on the situation...
