Perhaps someone here can help me....

I recently viewed a very old, very heavy (cast iron) pedal steel with 4 or 5 pedals but no knees. It was a yellow Fender, Double 6 or maybe an 8. The legs came in a seperate box.

I am interested in making an offer. Anyone know a history with this little information that I've given? How much should I offer for this antique?
