I now have to turn it up to 6 to get the same sounds I used to turn it to 4 to get. Anything I should replace to get the power back? It's 25 years old. Still sounds great, though, just getting old, like its owner.

Michael, I know this sounds stupid, but this happened to me last weekend on a job. I accidentlly turn the "Sensitivity" knob down on my amp instead of the volume. It freaked me out for a whole set. I had to raise my volume up correspondingly to get the same volume I got before. "Sensitivity" should be at ten according to the manual.

Sensitivity is always at 10. Pretty much glued there.

Mike, I would drop it off at www.savageaudio.com and have Jeff Krumm & his techs take a look at it. They should have the wiring diagrams on file as they tweaked mine up a bit. They have worked on Webbs in the past too. Tell Jeff I sent ya. There right off Hwy#13 on the Burnsville/Savage line.

Michael,

Have you checked the Instruments and cords you plug in? have you checked your speaker cord? Webb amps has standard parts and the parts are of high grade. If you can get it fixed there and need a part let me know. After 25 years might even ba a volume control. Call me if you need to send it back.
