Hi Forummembers,
I need your help about the Mesa Boogie Studio Preamp. I appreciate any comment from you.
How can I use both stereo outputs (L/R) from my Mesa Boogie studio preamp when I have only one mono Input on the Profex II. Is there
any other way to play nice stereo and utilize the full effect from the Mesa Boogie studio preamp.
I use two Nasville 400 Amps. I go from my JCH-steelguitar to the studio preamp front input and leave the Mesa with the left output (Mono) to the Profex II front in (Mono). From the Profex II Left/Right outputs over my stereo volumepedal left/right to the two Nashville 400 Amps.
Any ideas to get better stereo results and utilize the full effect from the Mesa Boogie studio preamp ?

Hi Didi,
This may sound dumb, but reverse the setup. Go to the Profex first and then feed each output of the Mesa Boogie to one amp. Because the Profex11 is mono you won't really get major stereo effects but maybe there are some things on the Boogie you can do to alter the sound of each channel.

Why do you put anything in front of the Profex II ?????
It is in itself a very good PRE-AMP !
Considering the massive abilitites of this pre-amp/processor/efx/programmable unit, if setup and used correctly, all I find I need is a external EQ unit after it. Then stright into the power-amp.

Thanks for your tip. It make sens.
Can the Mesa-preamp work 100% effective (distortion, EQ..) if the Profex II in front of the Mesa-preamp ?
For my opinion, the signal is not anymore equal strong when the Mesa-preamp is in the frontposition ?!
What do you think ?

Upps, there's a writing error.
I mean:
For my opinion, the signal is not anymore equal strong if the Mesa-preamp not in the frontposition ?!
