There is often (every 10/15 minutes ) a tick in the speaker of my Nashville 400.
It is not the amp, because I don't have the problem with the amp alone.A friend of mine has also a MesaBoogie and has the same problem. Is this a grounding problem????

J, I would check the preamp for DC leakage on its outputs. Use a VTVM or digital multimeter set to the DC millivolts function, with the volume & master controls all the way off.
If there's a slightly leaky cap in the circuitry, it can cause the exact problem you describe (and/or worse!)
Good Luck
