Anyone know whether offsets from 440 can be calibrated for individual pitches in this tuner? I tune almost all my opens and pedals/knees to 440, but I'm still tuning my G#s and C#s to 438 and 436, respectively. I'm just wondering whether it's possible to calibrate the TU-2 to these alternate frequencies.

Just to make this clear (I hope )....I'm talking about the newer Boss tuner that is a stomp box, not the hand held TU-12 with the meter. The product information specifies that the tuner can be tuned down a half step or a whole step, but I'm asking whether individual pitches can be selectively calibrated to a reference other than 440. This feature enables a user to program a tuning chart into the tuner so that when the tuner lights indicate that a particular string is in tune, it may actually be tuned to 438 (for example) or whatever other reference pitch is selected for that string, rather than 440. I hope this helps clarify my question.

Any input appreciated.

I think Cliff is asking about the TU-2, apparently a pedal version of the TU-12. I don't use either, but that's my guess.

OK, Sorry! I know the TU-12 can be pitched up or down from 435 to 445...I would only assume (you know what happens when you do that!) that the TU-2 would do the same.
