Garth sings Buck?

Post by Bobby Lee »

On the radio yesterday I heard "Santa Looked A Lot Like Daddy". It sounded almost exactly like Buck Owens. At the end, the DJ announced that it was Garth Brooks.

A great Buckaroos arrangement, too. Garth, we want more of that kind of music. Image

Chris Gains sales must be in a slump here in the states... Target is offering the CD for half price... all though the CD was number 1 in Ireland about a month ago.

Garth sang a song about dead baseball players on the Sports Illustated TV awards for athletes of the (last) millenium last week.
Was that live, or memorex?

Most of the new singers can sing 'country' if they want to or have to.

It should be "Garth sings Buck and makes Bucks" You might even say he is passing the the "Buck". Where is all that good old west coast stuff?
