Hey Folks,
I'm putting this out here one more time, but not necessarily for the last time. I have for trade, and possibly for sale a 1971 Speedy West Marlen that was refurbished by Ricky Davis. It sounds great, stays in tune like you wouldn't believe and almost never breaks a string. Here is the link from when I bought it. It comes with an almost brand new case, too.

I'm looking for a trade for a really great S-10, SD-10, or U-12 (ZB a plus). I have a great ZB D-10 and this poor Marlen is just gathering dust in the closet. I really don't need two great D-10s. Since I mostly play E9, and miraculously have some potential gigs playing that, I am looking for a single neck, preferably lacquer, to lug around for the time being.
Thanks, Duncan

David,
It's a single finger pull-release. For an explanation of the specifics of that you'd have to talk with Ricky Davis.

Hey Folks,
The response has been fantastic, and I will be making a decision on what to do with the Marlen in a couple of days. If anyone has a U-12 laying aroung gathering dust and wants to make a deal, now is the time.

Sorry Ricky. The response to your work was overshelming. To all who made offers, I should make my decision later today. Let me tell you all it is a very difficult one.
