Mooney D12 parts supply

So new to fixing pedal steels. I have this Mooney D12 that the disconnects for pedal rods won't turn to adjust pedal height. Looking for suggestions on where people shop for hardware . I know it's just the common ball in socket type set up. Not sure if I will need to make new rods or I'll be able to get these to unscrew from the rods but something might get wrecked in the process. Looks like someone else tried and messed up the numbers on the disconnects.
