JustStrings on its way out?
Any one heard the rumor that JustStrings is going out of business. I have a box full of strings from those guys that I bought in bulk. I'm sorry to see them go, although I must admit, I've been using StringJoy recently.

According to the owner's posts on other forums, they're selling off inventory and retiring after 30 years. Website currently has 30% off everything that's left.
Long-time guitar player, now being cruelly mocked by a lap steel.

I've been using them for a long time, and yes, it does appear that they're going out of business on string packs. However, I do keep getting emails stating that they're getting more bulk strings. I sincerely hope he continues on with those. They've been absolutely great for me - I use a lot of weird gauges for a very wide range of different tunings for slide guitar and nonpedal steel.

I spoke to someone there last week. They're switching to selling only their bulk stings. Not going out of business

I've been using Strings by Mail lately... They have a great selection of single strings.

Re: JustStrings on its way out?
Just Strings has been a good vendor.
I confess, I don't order from them much anymore.
The prices have gone up and if I'm paying a heavier price, I want more for my money. Like faster shipping. So I use String Joy because they are right here in Nashville and the shipping is lickity-split.
That is when I'm ordering single strings.
My strings that I can buy in sets, E9 and C6 pedal I stubbornly buy them at my local independently owned music store.
