Los Angeles Pedal Steel MEETUP -- Sunday, March 16th, 2025, 2:00pm in Hollywood

Hey all you steelers:

We've set a date for our next steel meetup -- Sunday, March 16th, 2025 -- I've confirmed that Jay Dee Maness can attend -- a wonderful man and huge proponent of the pedal steel -- the legendary Skip Edwards has also confirmed -- hope we can get a good group together -- come on out!

Discussion topic: We'll be having another L A pedal steel jam way out on Saturday, June 28th, 2025 at the VFW Burbank -- the previous two jams were completely awesome and I urge you to look into attending -- we are very lucky to have fantastic players: Jay Dee, Doug Livingston among them -- watching these guys play is not to be missed -- and many other great players -- we'll talk about that, and also, ideas about how to make the jams better, maybe include some live accompaniment or singing? Haven't done that, but looking for ideas.

Let's meet up and exchange ideas about how to promote and learn pedal steel!
