Up for sale is my Show Pro Cat Bro. This steel has spent it's life in my smoke free studio. It is in excellent condition. Black with Turquoise and Mother of Pearl inlay. The necks are E9 and D9 on the Cat Bro neck. Moving out of my studio so I am downsizing. Shipping is actual cost to your location or pick it up for free in Sarasota, FL.

What is the copedant on the two necks. Interested. How do you hook it up with two outputs?

Why is this model called "Cat Bro"? Does one neck have some sort of dobro simulator? It doesn't appear so. Just wondering. And, what it with the double outputs? Are they the same?

The steel has 7 pedals and 5 knees. The top neck (dobro simulator) is tuned to D9. You can change the tuning to any thing you so desire. The bottom neck is standard E9, Emmons set up. The pedals are left to right. O (or Franklin pedal), A,B,C for the
E9 neck. Then A,B,C for the D9 neck, again standard Emmons set up. The 5 knees are standard as well on both necks. The are two outputs, you can use one for each neck or one for both. Hope this helps. JC

Very interesting and unusual. Since both necks appear the same mechanically, I assume the dobro simulation is just electronic, if so, why have a dedicated dobro neck? I something different in the changer or nut?
I've never heard of this - just curious.

Are there any video or sound clips of how the back neck sounds? Congratulations on a classy guitar, great deal too, as single neck Sho Pros go for 4K and more.

Sorry, I don't have any sound clips available. It is packed away, however anyone can make an appointment to play it for themselves. I am in Sarasota, FL. and you can pm me to set up an appointment. This steel has never been out of my studio and is just about brand new.
