Short demo of Excel Exstar Superb II guitar

Got this wonderful keyless S-10 pedal steel built by Excel guitars in Japan a while back. Since I love seeing demo's of different types of guitars, I thought I'd share this simple demo that does a decent job letting you hear the tone of this guitar (with my advanced beginner PSG skills Smile

No special EQ or treatment - just a Shure SM 57 up against my Quilter TT-12.

I'd say that video demonstrates the modern Excel sound very well. I assume those are Mitsuo's pickups?
