Funny... I just started trying to learn this one over the weekend! I got the first two bars, then get completely lost. Not sure what position I'm even supposed to be in. Granted, I'm a rank beginner, but damn! I love Kim Deschamps' playing... especially his Blue Rodeo stuff and his work with Cowboy Junkies. Very, very tasteful.
