The Steel Guitar Arts council proudly presents “Do Not Fear The Steel Guitar”…..

The second in a series of live concerts where the pedal steel guitar is being featured front and center.
Some of Nashville’s finest players will demonstrate it’s cutting edge.

Featuring a rare personal appearance by the legendary Dan Dugmore with Mike Daly, Jim Hoke, Whitten, Luke Schneider, and Russ Pahl. Come see what it’s all about.

Special guest singer Brit Taylor

Atmospherics by the
Flooded Sun Liquid Light Show

Saturday March 4th at the Blue Room in Nashville. Doors at 7. Show at 8.

There will also be a livestream at Volume.com.

Kyle “Trigger” Coroneos from Saving Country Music wrote about our first show…….

“It was patently obvious from the first showcase of the The Steel Guitar Arts Council that their approach to saving the instrument isn’t through static preservation,
but innovation in a way that will keep the steel guitar relevant and appealing to a wide range of audiences well into the future.”

This is right up my alley. Just ask some of the folks around here about the out of the box stuff I play. 🤪

I'm going to try and come witness this show if I can hitch a ride down to Nashville.
