Had a strange problem: I sent a bunch of emails from my Hotmail account to my oil/heating company about an installation. They never received them.
Today they called to say that their IT department analyzed my e mails--and said they were from a hovmail address . . . so they had gone into (probably) a junk file.
I Googled hovmail but found hardly anything on it. Any idea what happened?
(BTW I am back in good communication now with the company).
Thanks in advance, Chris |

Not sure what happened in this case, but when I ran an online community, we constantly had problems with hotmail accounts. It is pretty old and buggy technology . I finally got to the point where I banned any hotmail addresses and told them to get a gmail account if they wanted to join. _________________ Check out the Steel Guitar Union Hall Youtube Channel https://www.youtube.com/@steelguitarunionhall |

Thanks, Bill, for your response. Didn't know ordinary Hotmail acted up like that.
Next time I'll use my (new) Gmail account. Chris |
