Thanks Mike and Lee, I appreciate the kind words! Coopers is great! I wrote this song when I had a weekly gig with my band the Moonhangers at Lambert's in Austin, and would eat a brisket plate every Wednesday before the show. (Not always the best idea, but delicious!)  I went home every week smelling like a barbecue pit, but it could be worse! |
