Hey, guys...

Anybody know if you can still buy those sturdy Deluxe 34 stands?

I can't seem to find them online anymore.

Whenever Bill runs out of something on his site, he tends to use - or maybe it’s his wife Jessica - the term “sold out.” This makes it seem like it might be gone forever.

I think “out of stock” might be more appropriate.

I would recommend emailing or giving Asher a call to see when they might be available again.

Bill has taken over the stand business from Mark Roeder, who decided to retire. When I ordered my stand from Asher several months ago, it was actually shipped from Roeder in Wisconsin.

I talked to Asher about buying some brackets, and he told me they were "in production" now.

Will Asher offer custom brackets like Mark used to?

I made this stand several years ago. I bought the legs off of Mark Roeder (Deluxe 34). It will take a body 8" wide. The clamp/brackets are universal. They are padded with rubber and the bed has silicone dots used for kitchen cabinet doors, so the lapsteel finish will be unscathed. The clamps are fully adjustable and they can be adjusted for a snug fit. It will fit any shape lapsteel.

Dang, Bill...

That's a mighty fine stand you made!!!

Does it have adjustable legs up to a standing height, or is it strictly for sitting (hard to tell from the pics).

They adjust, they are the same as the ones on the Deluxe 34.
