Gary, I would love to take this D—18 Modern Deluxe off your hands, but it’s just not in the cards these days after a major kitchen remodel, and to add insult to financial injury we just had a new water heater installed and I have recently been through some costly dental work.
My main acoustic is a Martin dreadnought from their Custom Shop (Adirondack spruce top and Madagascar rosewood back and sides).
In other words, if I bought your D-18 I might arrive home to see all my stuff out on the front lawn after my wife had the locks changed on the doors.
Of course I have no idea where else you have listed this guitar, but if it were me I would sign up for a membership on the online headquarters for Martin guitar geekdom, The Unofficial Martin Guitar Forum. I have been a member for 12 years, and there are many folks there who live, eat, and breathe Martin guitars. A very active buy & sell section on that forum.
