His name is right there so it's not a mystery, really. Anybody know the player? Anybody know anything about the steel?

Looks like a modified Fender Dual Pro with the trapezoid pickups.

After seeing this post, I dropped the needle on this. The lady on our left is Judy Gentry and her guitar playing is quite good. The singing is also pretty good with nice harmonies. Unfortunately the production is weak with a piano playing willy-nilly over everything and the Hawaiian style steel also not very strong or well placed.

The band and church is from Bellflower, CA, in the L.A. region. There is no info on the steel player, other than his name.
