Today’s project…A thing that no one needs- except me, I guess. I made this bar holder out of some rosewood and acrylic I dug out of my scrap bin. Over the last three decades or so, I have managed to accumulate a number of bars of different sizes and materials. I actually do use all these bars at various times on various instruments. I needed an organizer / holder for some of my favorites so I can keep them handy at my desk where I practice.

Classy! What wood is that? Love the grain.

Oops. Never mind. You said Rosewood.

My wife just past behind me, looked at it, didn't even ask but said:

"Whoo! SEXY!"

So no you wrong, we now ALL NEED THAT! 😁

Ha! I don't know it would be sexy to anybody, but I'll take it, thanks! Actually, I think I got the idea from the test tube holders they use in science labs, so there ya go...

I can see how it would be a great gift for a wife or girlfriend as a lipstick holder? If it vibrates you could get some eerie sounds out of it.
