I got this guitar about 10 years ago. When I got it 2 of the pickups did not work at all. I sent them to Vintage Vibe Pickups and Pete rebuilt them including new bobbins.
It came with non-original funky legs so I bought 3 new adjustable legs on the forum. Case is non-original, looks to be Magnatone and not in good condition but is serviceable.
This guitar looks to be refinished and is in good condition. Pickups sound great and it plays well. Has original tuners which work fine.
For sale or trade for a single neck long scale Stringmaster. I just found that I only play one neck and prefer to play on my lap. Asking $1,100.

Lee,
I've got this thing. Wood and fretboard from an early long scale but hardware from a later stringmaster. It needs better pickups and an 8 string nut but if you don't find one elsewhere I'd consider selling it. I would kick in some bucks for a trade but I'd rather see you sell your guitar to someone who has more use for a Triple neck than I do. Hopefully not someone who would part it out.
I can get more pictures/info tomorrow if you have any interest. |

This is as close as it gets to a 'long-scale single-neck Stringmaster', since that guitar doesn't otherwise exist. Single-necks (Deluxe) were only made in short-scale. After 1956 all Fenders were no longer than medium-scale (24"). Better jump on this! _________________ New FB Page: Lap Steel Licks And Stuff: https://www.facebook.com/groups/195394851800329 |

Hi -
I’m a novice collector but music mad. I’m interested in completing a country music collection of 1950-1970 instruments. Would love to see what this beauty looks like fully as I’m super interested in a Fender pedal steel. THANKYOU and thanks for having me here! |

FYI - this is a non-pedal, “straight” console steel. _________________ Mark |

Thanks Mark! I’d be open to either / both but I’d prefer a pedal steel. Essentially working on a Bakersfield band set up. |
