Selling for Mike Foster
He sent it to me for check out. The unit worked perfect but pickups needed rewinding. I converted the DC supply input to a standard 9 volt plug that cuts off the batteries when a wall wart is used.

Works perfect. Had all three pickups rewound.
Uses 3 - 9 volt battery’s or a standard 9 volt DC, center positive pedal power supply, wall-wart

500.00 plus shipping

too cool! I'd love to have one of these in the studio.

I'm drawing a blank... what's a good example of Buddy (or anyone else) using this on a recording?

I think Buddy used it on a couple of songs on his 1975 album "Steel Guitar", on Flying Fish Records.

If you look closely, that may be the string machine pickups hovering atop the changer on Buddy's basketweave.
