Rumors was Jr created the turn around and Milo used it. Not sure about that but the story was floating around a few years back. Maybe Jr can clarify it.

I think Junior said it was Milo's turn around on the record and Junior had to learn it when he went on the road with Leann.

It was definitely Milo’s great steel playing on the record
of Blue!!! I only tried to play it as close as I could get it!! (Travis!) lol..
