I have a new PDF/eBook on my site (www.volkmediabooks.com) on playing blues on C6th lap steel. Here are two pentatonic positions that translate two positions of one of B.B.King's favorite pentatonic box patterns from standard to lap steel guitar. Somewhat ironic, as B.B.'s famous vibrato was directly cribbed from lap steel. These are both for the key of A. Try over A, A6, A7. Try em forwards, backwards and in small chunks. Listen to the master (B.B.) for phrasing ideas.
