Thanks for this, Guy. After all, if you gotta do scales they might as well be harmonized!

I'll surely practice this as soon as I can find my F Lever. (Working on that now)

I'll give that one a try as soon as I find my E lever. Very Happy

Guy, are you using an app to get such nice psg tablature? Which one, and is it fairly easy to use? Thanks!

John, the program is Sibelius which is easy enough to learn for it to be used extensively in junior high but powerful enough to be first choice for many professional music engravers and copyists.

It has an excellent flexible tab facility that makes it probably the best app available for lap steel although I note that John Ely uses Finale. PSG provides different challenges and so I have had to come up with another procedure to deal with pedal and lever changes which is a little time consuming.

Hi Guy,
Great job! Would you please label the 6th and the 3rd harmonized tab?

Thanx

Nobel

Cheers, Nobel.

The two styles are easy to distinguish from the dots. Except for the 4th example on P2 with the wide grip which is 10ths ie, 3rds plus an octave.

This is great thank you. I’m finding some fun pockets from this.
