Hi Steve- it's not a delay or a reverb- no time/space effects. Think of it as a particular eq profile with limited parameters and negligible boost.

I discovered that if you put a Bloomer before an active volume pedal, you now have a Super Fuzz.

Handy for when you need to play (I Can't Get No) Satisfaction.

Just put it last, as they recommend, and be happy with the result.
