| Hi I need some help identifying a eminence delta 15 inch speaker, I cannot find any serial numbers on the speaker. It is an 8 ohm out of a Evans amplifier, it has a the American flag on the back of the magnet. It is not a Delta a, or b, I removed the rubber ring around the magnet, didn't find a number. I would like to know the specification of the speaker, if anyone can (furnish it. Would really appreciate the help. |

Hello Mr. Willie! I don't know how much help this is but I had an Eminence speaker made for Evans. It was called the Eclipse and had a model number of 15669.
It was a 4Ω speaker though, not 8. Cast frame not stamped.
Dunno how many different speakers they used, but all of them I know about for steel guitars amps were 4Ω, so I don't know what you have. Maybe if you could post a photo. FWIW.

| Hello Jerry, thanks for your reply about my speaker. I have a eclipse speaker that went bad in my Evans amp, the speaker that I need help with is a stamp frame speaker, 8 ohm. The magnet has a picture of the American flag on the back. I brought up the eminence speaker lineup on the Internet, it showed the speaker but no specifications. Speaker sounds good I would just like to know the specifications. hey friend we've got birthday is coming up here pretty soon, hope we both make it. |
