I have been working on trying to get this steel ride down and so far I'm about 75% of the way done but there are some things happening in there that I simply can not find. If anyone has the tab on this I would be forever in your debt. We are doing this song in our show this year and I want it to be right. Thank you all in advance. Robert

Yes original member of that band was Junior Knight and he Tabbed exactly what Milo played on that last release of "Blue" by Leanne.
Here ya go>
"F" lever is lowering half tone. "D" lever is raising half tone"

I can't thank you enough Ricky for this. I first met Jr. in Hot Springs, Ar. when Ronnie was still having his steel guitar meetings. He told me about talking to Milo about the ride. It was a funny story but was glad he shared it with me. I will sure enough be smiling when we play this song now knowing that it will be played right.

Thanks Dave. This will certainly help. Travis does a great job explaining that.

Travis Toy has a walk through on his you tube channel thats both note for note and the exact same positions as Milo played it. I had to play this tune a couple weeks ago myself.

It's not the notes that are difficult but the phrasing and timing of some of the moves that separate a good rendition from a great one. Some of the nuances have to be nailed.

Have fun with it.

Thank you Jim. I have gotten on Travis you tube channel and got to work on the ride. He did a wonderful job showing how to play it. I was able to get the ride down thanks to him. We go into rehearsals for our new season next week and I’ll be ready. Thank you everyone for your help in this matter. Robert.
